To Order
Orders can be placed via our website or by sending us a cheque with details of your order.

Payments
Payments can be made online or by sending us a cheque (including postage) and a note detailing your order.

Dispatch and Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 7 days. We are currently unable to deliver goods outside the UK.

Postage and packing charges are as follows:

£1.95 for orders between £0.01 to £9.99

£3.95 for orders between £10.00 to £19.99

£6.95 for orders between £20.00 to £49.99

£7.95 for orders between £50.00 to £149.99

£9.95 for orders £150.00 and over

All of the delivery prices on the website are based on the item weight and postal rates.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. A refund or an exchange will only be given on unused, unworn and unmarked goods. These goods must be in perfect condition and returned with proof of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Complete the returns section on the dispatch docket, detailing your requirement i.e. refund or exchange for a different style, size etc.. Please include a cheque for £3.95 for the returns postage for all exchanges.  You will need to pay the extra postage fee because postage is expensive and our charges are based on post office rates.

We will refund the cost of the boots, but cannot refund the postage fee too.

They must arrive back with us in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Treasure Chest must be informed by email to shop@littletreasurechest.co.uk if you would like to return any items for an exchange or refund. Please state your reasons for returning all items

Terms & Conditions

  • Applies only to deliveries to addresses within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).
  • Applies only to orders that are to be delivered to a single UK delivery address.
